Programm
- We will start from our Info point Ashàra located in Piazza San Vincenzo about 2 hours before sunset and we will walk a nature trail that takes altitude between ancient terraces, once used to cultivate, crossing the typical Mediterranean vegetation that will lead us up to 400mt (maximum limit allowed by the authorities to ensure maximum safety), excellent observation point of the summit craters and Sciara del Fuoco.
- Along the way we will make some intermediate breaks to enjoy the view accompanied by the constant view of Strombolicchio. Once reached the Sciara del Fuoco, we will stop to admire the wonderful sunset that colors the Aeolian archipelago red and the spectacular "strombolian" activity with its explosions that shine in the night sky.
- Return downhill in the dark equipped with torches to the starting point through the typical reeds of the island and the old mule track.

Important to know
- Trekking aimed for trained hikers used to walk on sandy or detrital ground, where there may be no paths and where the paths can sometimes have exposed sections
- It's good to know your health conditions and talk with the guide, especially in cases of heart problems, asthma and dizziness.
- At the discretion of the guide, the excursions may undergo variations or be interrupted if the weather conditions, causes of an environmental nature, or any volcanic risk, may represent any source of danger.
